There is power in sitting with our feelings.

Let's Work Together

Therapy, at its core, is a space to talk. But more than that, it's a space to begin making sense of what you're carrying.

In our work together, I'm active and engaged. I'll ask questions, observe patterns, and help you stay with things that might otherwise be avoided or overlooked. Over time, we begin to understand how certain experiences and responses continue to show up, often in ways that feel difficult to change on your own.

This isn't a quick or formulaic process. Some sessions may feel more exploratory, others more focused. What matters is that the work remains responsive to you: your pace, your needs, and what begins to emerge.

The goal isn't just to talk, but to better understand yourself and, over time, to experience more flexibility, clarity, and possibility in how you move through your life.

Approach

My work is informed by evidence-based, holistic, and integrative approaches. I practice a form of relational therapy that pays close attention to patterns shaped through relationships, with ourselves and others, past and present.

Training

I completed my graduate training at Columbia University School of Social Work in 2005 and received postgraduate supervision at the American Cognitive Behavior Institute. I hold a Certification in Maternal Mental Health through the 20/20 Mom Project and have continued my education extensively through the Seleni Institute.
